Why Is It So Difficult?

Your business processes are how you implement your business strategy, and "how you get the job done".

“Processes in an organization are generally planned and carried out under controlled conditions to add value.”  (ISO9000 Quality management systems - Fundamentals and vocabulary)

  - not in our experience...!

Much of the available advice on the subject is not helpful.  Many organisations struggle to identify and define their processes, never mind to manage how they interact.

They need a better understanding of the underlying concepts - and a more sophisticated approach than drawing a few flowcharts using "drag-and-drop" and "words in boxes" software.

Our approach focuses on what is important in the areas of business process management and management systems design.
